For sellers: Documenting a reasonable range of value, recommending a marketing strategy, and contacting the identified best buyers. For all: Non-disclosure Agreements, attendance at meetings, exploration of fit and value analysis, review of Letters of Intent and Definitive Purchase Agreements, due diligence monitoring, and recommendations leading to closing.
